I am currently partnered with a leading global Digital Asset Exchange who are currently searching for a New Head of Business Development to lead the EMEA Region.
Responsibilities
Oversee and develop BD Strategy to facilitate rapid growth.
Build a high performing BD team capable of achieving the organisations mission.
Develop & foster a positive and productive culture in the workplace.
Requirements
8+ years combined experience in the Digital Asset space; at least 3 years building and managing high-performing teams.
An entrepreneurial spirit, strong sense of ownership, and drive to have an impact
Strong executive presence, with the proven ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally, including at the C level
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
